  • 3 1/4 cups (19 1/2oz) whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 1/4oz) wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup freeze dried liver (available at pet stores)
  • 1 cup (8 1/4oz) low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  1. preheat oven to 300 deg. 
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients
  3. roll the dough to a 1/2" inch thickness. Cut with the cookie cutter of choice and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 1 hour or untill the biscuits are dry and firm to the touch. Turn off the oven, let the biscuits stand in the oven until hard, 1-2 hours.
